Stefano Nandi

Born in 1969 in Montebelluna, just a few km from Montelvini, Stefano has always been passionate about wine - as most people are from this renowned Italian wine growing region. After graduating from the prestigious “Cerletti” Oenology Wine Institute in Conegliano, he immediately started his career in the wine business. After a few earlier jobs he settled at Montelvini, where he's been working for the last 30 years and is currently its Wine Director.

His passion and commitment towards Montelvini has made the winery what it is today. His expertise and tenure allows him to pioneer new trends for production, while honoring the deep historical roots of the vineyard itself.
The province of Treviso is flat and features an abundance of water and waterways. The climate is mild, while the temperature ranges on average from -3oC (26oF) in January and February, with rare, sporadic snowfall, to 35oC (95oF) in July and August. During ripening, the high difference in temperature between night and day gives the grapes excellent aromatic properties. The average annual rainfall exceeds 900mm, with peaks typically recorded in autumn, while heavy storms are common in summer. The soil is mainly clay, with several substrates of limestone and occasionally rock fragments.

Love this product

Pretty good wine

It had a subtly sweet taste with some floral notes and a bit of dryness to even it out. It was a good Rose that wasn't too sweet but wasn't too dry either. It hit the spot.

Fabulous with convenient packaging

These are the cutest cans with a fun story about the namesake for the brand and her pet moose. They are absolutely delicious slightly fruity not too dry and not too sweet. They're stronger than they look. One can has the same alcohol as two glasses of wine but it's clearly indicated on the can. I absolutely loved everything about these!

Good but pricey

I really really liked that. These were bubbly rosé. They were nice and light tasting and sweet but not too sweet. They are a little bit pricey but delicious!
