Archer Roose & Cornell University Revolutionize the Canned Wine Category with Award-Winning Research | Archer Roose
We are proud to partner with Cornell University and lead the category in research focused on sulfide formation in canned wines under long–term and accelerated conditions! This study was co-funded with NY Wine and Grape Foundation with the goal to better understand how to protect product integrity and quality for consumers as well as define the benchmark for other brands in the category!
This research not only helps set the standard for the canned wine industry, but has also been honored with the Best Oenology Paper award by the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture (AJEV).
Jan Kotowski-Chang, Chief Operating Officer at Archer Roose stated:
“The insights gained from this study, particularly regarding sulfite management and can selection, are invaluable for ensuring that our consumers enjoy the highest quality canned wines, offering a commensurate experience to bottles in a similar price point.”
