1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of Cheer On ACFC with Archer Roose & Sprouts Farmers Market is Archer Roose, Inc. (Archer Roose). 

2. Eligibility: Cheer On ACFC with Archer Roose & Sprouts Farmers Market (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/ehEVv/cheer-on-acfc-with-archer-roose-sprouts-farmers-market and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Archer Roose (the "Sponsor"), Angel City FC, LLC (“ACFC”) and Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc (Sprouts) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to verify entrant’s age at any point during the Sweepstakes to determine eligibility. 

3. Agreement to Rules: By submitting a potential entry to enter the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You" or “Your”) agree to comply with and abide by the rules as described herein (these “Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes. Submission of email for entry provides consent to join the Archer Roose Marketing List for promotional usage. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor (and not to ACFC or Sprouts Farmers Market) with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason at any time.

4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2023 at 12:00AM EDT and ends on June 30, 2023 at 11:59PM EDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/ehEVv/cheer-on-acfc-with-archer-roose-sprouts-farmers-market. A potential entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified in these Rules and on the entry form, to be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below). Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested by the entry form. You may not enter the Sweepstakes more than once, including, but not limited to, by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Rules, Your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. Prizes: The four (4) winners of the Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and, collectively, the “Winners”) will each receive the following, which has a total approximate retail value of $900 USD, not inclusive of any travel, lodging or related expenses (collectively, the “Prize”):

• Four (4) General Admission tickets to one (1) Angel City Football Club home game at BMO Stadium between June 2023 and September 2023, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 
• Four (4) Angel City Football Club Jerseys (the specific jerseys shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). 
• One (1) Sprouts Farmers Market Gift Card ($100 value)
• One (1) Archer Roose Swag Bag filled with a selection of Archer Roose branded merchandise selected by Sponsor. Content of the gift box is subject to change depending on availability at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  

Actual/appraised value of the Prize may differ at time the Prize is awarded. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other substitution for the Prize shall be permitted, except for at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the Prize or attempted transfer/assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the Prize by a Winner is not permitted. Any and all Prize related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all travel, lodging or related expenses and/or federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and ACFC to use the applicable Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

7. Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of their selection as a Winner through a communication method determined by Sponsor. The Sponsor and ACFC shall have no liability for a potential Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a potential Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the Prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the Prize by each Winner is conditioned upon compliance with these Rules and any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Rules by a potential Winner, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, will result in such potential Winner's disqualification from the Sweepstakes, and all privileges as a potential Winner will be immediately terminated.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering the Sweepstakes and providing content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.) via the entry form, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, ACFC, and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, ACFC, or their respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, perform, reproduce, display, modify and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, Your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that Your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If Your entry infringes upon the proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

10. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select Winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after any such event, if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website associated with the Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes You agree that You shall, at your sole expense, indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless Archer Roose, ACFC, National Women’s Soccer League, LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns and each of their respective equityholders, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, including without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special or other damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof, including any Prize-related travel or activities; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; and (viii) any alleged or actual infringement of any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights by Your entry. 

12. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law principles. By participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree that that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in Los Angeles County, State of California, United States of America. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., Your costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

14. Social Networks: The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that You are providing Your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

15. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of these Rules.
